Connect with GM Financial
Financing through GM Financial is only available through participating dealers. For clarification, this is not an application for credit but is a form to share information and speak with a representative of GM Financial. This may include, but not be limited to, the request and confirmation by GM Financial of your authorization to sign on behalf of the Business, production of documents to evidence the same, and gather additional information for the future submission of a full application. The information you provide may be shared with GM Financial, including their respective affiliates, agents, assignees and service providers.
GM Financial will only evaluate your credit eligibility if the dealer you selected sends the full application to GM Financial. The GM Financial privacy statements and online privacy policy can be found at gmfinancial.com.
By providing your business information in this form, you acknowledge that you are the Business Owner or are a Contact person who is an authorized signer for the Business to submit the business information on behalf of the Business and you consent that GM Financial can contact you or the Business for marketing purposes, including offers, product and services information, or general discussions around processes and uses.

Calling Agreement
You agree that GM Financial, its affiliates, and those acting on its/their behalf, may call or text you using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Without limit, these calls may be about marketing, servicing, payment or billing. Your phone carrier’s voice, message, and data rates may apply. We may also contact you at any email address you provide to us. You may revoke your consent for any telephone number or email address you have provided by contacting us.
California Disclosure – Notice at Collection
GM Financial collects, maintains and uses California Personal Information of owners, applicants, or personal guarantors, as listed in the below chart. For purposes of this disclosure, “Personal Information” includes information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. Personal Information does not include de-identified, aggregate, or publicly available information. “Sensitive Personal Information” includes any Personal Information that reveals, for example, your social security or driver’s license number, account log-in credentials, precise geolocation, and some types of demographic information, such as your racial or ethnic origin.
The purpose of this disclosure is to provide California consumers (natural persons who are California residents) who are owners, applicants, or personal guarantors of GM Financial with information regarding the Personal Information that GM Financial collects and the business or commercial purpose for which the Personal Information is collected and used.

GM Financial does not sell your Personal Information to third parties or share any of your Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising. For more information on how the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) defines “sale” and “share,” please see the CCPA. See Cal. Civ. §1798.140.
GM Financial also will not use your Personal Information for purposes materially different than those listed above. If we will use your Personal Information for purposes materially different than what is listed above, we will notify you of the new use and obtain your explicit consent for the new use. Note that we do not collect the Personal Information of minors under the age of 16.
GM Financial retains your Personal Information for as long as we believe is necessary or appropriate to achieve the business and commercial purposes that we’ve notified you of, as set forth above or to comply with applicable law, audit requirements, regulatory requests, or orders from competent courts.
